SUPPLY TOKYO runs a store in the quiet back street of Shibuya.Located away from the busy fashion and culture from Tokyo.We carry products of selected local brands,and also independent brand and labels from overseas.
The SUPPLY TOKYO online store supports overseas shopping outside of Japan. However, please understand the store is not a complete multilingual support.
The following settings are required for overseas shopping transactions, so please check it before using this site.
This site can be used in any country outside of Japan, but our language support is only available in English or Japanese.
Web Page Language Display
The language conversion of the website is mainly English for the "cart page and member page" section, while the other displayed are mixed with Japanese.

All orders will be shipped via DHL.
※ We will choose the shipping company depending on the situation of delivery. Customers will not be able to choose the shipping company.
Please 5-7 days is the estimated time of arrival for all orders.

※ Due to the global spread of the new coronavirus infection, there may be significant delays in arrival or departure of some countries, and regions due to measures such as the suspension of the acceptance of international mail and reduction/cancellation of flights. The shipping fee is a flat rate of ¥3,500.
※ If ordering large number of items or any other situations in which may require a large shipping fee, an additional estimate cost may be provided.
PayPal Credit Card
For overseas shipments, we only accept payment by credit card through PayPal.
Cancellations and Returns
Cancellations cannot be accepted once order is completed. Please make sure to check size, color, price, quantity, etc. before completing your order.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of products unless initial defects.
Once a product is received, please check it immediately to make sure the item is correct and not damaged. If the product received is incorrect, or damaged (defective) due to an accident, please contact us within 3 days.
If tags attached are removed from the product, returns will not be accepted.
※ Returns will not be accepted if the item is damaged or stained due to customer's reason.
Return shipping costs
If the item received is incorrect, defective, or damaged during shipping, the shipping cost will be covered by SUPPLY TOKYO.
